Manyaman!
If you’re looking for one of the best sisig experiences in Pampanga, Mila’s Tokwa’t Baboy is definitely worth the trip. No long explanation needed — their sisig simply speaks for itself. For me, it’s the perfect balance of meaty goodness, just the right amount of greasiness, and that delightful touch of fattiness that makes every bite satisfying. The bitterness of the liver is sakto lang — subtle and perfectly blended with the overall flavor.I may not be a food expert, but trying Mila’s sisig opened my curiosity to explore the different versions of this Kapampangan favorite. Still, Mila’s Sisig stands out with its rich, savory taste that even a Manileño like me can truly appreciate.
I would also recommend visiting the branch that’s not inside the mall — you’ll have a much better dining experience there. The ambiance feels more authentic, and the staff are genuinely nice and accommodating. Plus, for the quality and taste, the price is very reasonable. One serving is good for 2 to 3 people, or even 4 if you’re pairing it with rice and other dishes.
