I hope this message finds you well. 

As a Librarian who worked in different types of Libraries in the Philippines and an experienced customer service in escalations, an Ambassador for a US company, Airbnb, as well as becoming a technical support representative with the biggest telecommunications such as  ATT and Comcast, I always find adventure and excitement for answering calls, responding to emails,   initiating chats  to connect with people and find solutions to their problems.

I was also an Overseas Filipino worker for 6 years in an International School in KSA as a librarian, a secretary, as a document controller as well as a admin staff who handles the School media files, these experiences taught me to have a positive outlook in life, I truly believe those times I stayed there made me realized to become cheerful at work.

The early  technical experiences I gained from being a student assistant in College until I graduated  landed from one job to another, and now that I’m attending my Graduate Studies,  I always believe everyone should strive for continuing excellence. 

FYI, my mama who also graduated the same degree, continually inspire me and get the 101% support that I needed every time in my career, well... this is something I just wanted me to share with you guys, 3 things which are very personal ; 

I love the orange color, 

I love all kinds of food and sports

My dream is to be a househusband when I become rich.

The Librariansecretfiles.blogspot.com was just a hobby, at first. 

But eventually it becomes a diary, a voice where I can shed information about librarianship, libraries, duties and responsibilities of an information resource specialist.
