Due to pandemic and for your safety and ours, we have reduced number of guests we can accomodate. Maximum number of guests who can come in for visit and/or stay =10 guests ( 2 bedrooms) PLEASE limit cars to TWO (2) only

Still the same rustic house perfect for families, friends or for extended vacations that need privacy at a very affordable price. Home is within Tagaytay city center. famous malls and restaurants are neaby

The space

-Cool and quiet surroundings perfect for unwinding.
-All rooms are air conditioned
-Kitchen has all the necessary things you'll need-feel free to use them
-Bathrooms equipped with shower heater and basic bathroom necessities (body wash and hand soap)
-2 extra restrooms available. 1 at the pool area and 1 on rooftop
-Garage can fit 2 cars but feel free to park in front of the house

Guest access

Guests can enjoy the whole swimming pool area and the Basketball court at the rooftop available for outdoor activities.

No Lifeguard available at anytime. No diving or any dangerous horseplay. Owner is not liable for any accidents.

WE STRICTLY IMPLEMENT OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES. NO HAGGLING PLEASE.

P1000 security deposit is required before check in( bank deposit/GCash/Cash upon arrival) Refundable through bank deposit 2-3 days after check out to further check the house.

WE HAVE TO IMPLEMENT STRICT RULES TO AVOID SPREAD OF THE VIRUS FOR YOUR SAFETY AND OURS :)

1. KINDLY honestly declare health status.

2. Maximum number of guests allowed to enter is 10. Please do not try to bring extra person/s as we will not allow admission of guests in excess of 10. Number of guests are limited in view of the current situation and as per our Barangay's policy.

3. Please advise us if any of the guests have experienced any of the following symptoms within the last 14 days prior date of booking
- any fever, cough, shortness of breath, malaise (flu-like tiredness), rhinorrhea (mucus discharge from the nose), sore throat, gastro-intestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea.
❗️❗️The management reserves the right to refuse admission of the group/persons or to cancel the booking should there be any symptoms mentioned above. We will be happy to reschedule your booking on our available dates.

4. Filling up of contract tracing form and temperature checking prior entering the house is required.
*On the date of booking, if a guest is showing any of the signs and symptoms as stated on the form, the management reserves the right to refuse admission of that person or to cancel the booking if you opt to. We will be happy to reschedule your booking on our available dates.

ADJUSTED CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME NOT ALLOWED DUE TO SOME GUESTS WHO DID NOT FOLLOW IN THE PAST
❗️ Going with kids? WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PUT DIAPERS ON THEM, PEED/SOILED/ STAINED BEDDINGS,PILLOWS,BLANKETS,MATRESS WILL BE CHARGED 200/ITEM.

1. utensils? kitchenwares? grill set? rice cooker? water dispenser?
**YES. we provide everything you just need bring food to cook. :) rice cooker provided can cook 16 cups
2. Towels provided?
** NO. kindly bring your own towels :)
3. possible for early check-in?
** NO. due to some cases before. please come in at 2pm so we have ample time to clean your staycation house. :)
4. additional guests allowed? additional guests 1000 but due to pandemic

5. swimming poo-*l with heater?
**NO. :)
6. can we use videoke?

❗️ Though we have caretakers around, they CANNOT cook/grill for you, buy food for you or any other errands. They are just there to guide and help you when it comes to concerns in the house amenities.
❗️PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT WE WILL CHARGE YOU, IF IN CASE THERE ARE DAMAGES MADE DURING YOUR STAY.
